Whn i confess do i have 2 confess to every time iv ever stolen or can i just say ive stolen lots from stores?

i use to steal alot from corner stores and ive stolen from backyards when i wuz a kid do i have to say ive stolen from 3 backyards 18 stores this 1 store i stole blah blah bah the next i took blah blah blah then blah blah blah ive stolen from hat store 3 times then the other store i stole blah blah or can i just say ive stolen lots from stores and some from people? Confess in a church
