Are you able to place restraining orders against people who equally own the same property/land as you?

What should I do if some of my relatives, who my parents put that they officially equally own the land, have been coming over to bother my parents and even steal some of our things, like brooms, batteries, and things like that? They just don't like my mom. I know that they've been doing these things, but we have no proof that they've actually been doing it. They still do come over sometimes and do that, but not as often as they used to. My parents don't think they can do much about it, but I want to try to figure out what I could do legally.
