About acne and o soap?

Has anyone used it? I just ordered some and it admittedly looked iffy but it also looked like it could be pretty effective. If you know about it, is it good? If you don't know about it, it is made of 24 karat pure gold, coconut oil, palm oil, aqualene, herb oil, vitamin c, and glycogen, do you think it will effectively reduce acne based on ingredients?
