I need to cut 7-9 lbs(its a must!!!) in 11 days to make my target date for wrestling.?

if i dont achieve this goal i have to wrestle the next higher weight cl, which will put my varsity spot at jeopardy. i decided to eat nothing but steamed vegetables and lean steamed meats all day long with a protein shake at night. How much water do you think i can shed off(max) for weigh in? I weigh around 152 to 154, depending on the time of the day and i need to cut down to 145. pleaseeee any advice will be appreciated.
