Who should I start in my last WR slot TJ Housh, Lance Moore, or Wes Welker?

I already have Steve Smith (CAR) and Desean Jackson starting. Should I start Housh, Lance moore or Wes Welker? Another option, I have Chris Johnson in my flex slot should he start or should I start 2 of my WR listed?
