What exactly is Pete Carroll running away from?

Well the University of Southern California has been hit with some sanctions lately. It has been Basketball but the football program has been in the news as well. Joe McKnight was seen driving around in a Nice Land Rover. I live in LA and I have had many people tell me that they seen him driving the car all the time. Also the NCAA is getting close on wrapping their investigation on Reggie Bush and did he also take gifts from people. So I believe Pete would have stayed but he knows that the NCAA could come down hard on him and the University and he doesn't want to be there for that. USC might have to erase a ton of their wins and maybe even a National Championship or 2. So that is what he is running from.
