So, I jog/run everyday. A couple months ago, I increased my jogging time to an hour. However, I noticed my thighs started getting huge due to the increase of activity (building muscle). Would yoga help make my thighs smaller, or at least lengthen them to make them look better? I used to have slimmer thighs. I want them back. They were slim until I started jogging for longer periods of time. From 20-30 min to an hour. Also, would it help if I reduce my jogging time back to what it was before? and, would interval training help too?
