Did I suffer a heart attack?

I was with my friends hanging out one night. One of them had an eight ball of white. We all started taking bumps and everyone started getting high expect for me. I was confused as to why I was not getting high. I did have a stuffy nose that night and figured maybe that's why I wasn't feeling it. So I kept taking more and more, bigger and bigger bumps! Finally the last bump hit me like a bolt of lightning. I felt like I was on top of the world. It was such a beautiful feeling of greatness! Shortly afterwards, I started feeling my arm tingling like if I had slept on it. Then I started getting pressure on my chest and my back. And then the other arm started feeling numb. Eventually almost my entire body was tingly and numb. I was breaking a sweat. I was panicking. I was telling my friend he was going to have to rush me to the hospital but he insisted that I was ok. I've never felt so nauseous. Both my arms felt like they were going to explode. It was such an UGLY feeling. I was about to tell my friend my goodbyes when out of nowhere, I blew chunks! After that I was felt relived and tired too. So was I experiencing a heart attack or was it something like hyperventilation like my brother claims is was? One thing for is that I will never do that again.
