O.k. third time's a charm. I didn't mean hysterectomy?

Tubal ligation, o.k.? Would I be able to get a tubal ligation being 24 and having 2 kids. Just in case THIS isn't right either.......what I want is to have the procedure done to have my tubes tied so I can't get pregnant. What are the requirements and would I be able to get this done?
