My 16 year old daughter smoking pot ?!?

Hello everyone, I have a 16 year old daughter. I overheard her in her bedroom talking with people on webcam & she said "When you want to hit this blunt again" ..... well I walked in the room & told her that I know what she's been doing.... She's been trying to get a job & has been doing pretty good for herself lately...... I told her whn I move next month that she's not coming with us... and that she has to get out & move in with her aunt & her husband since thats where she started smoking pot at.... A guy that lives across the street came over for her today he says he was 19 years old.. I know they went to smoke weed together because when she came back in the house I smelled the weed on her clothes... All this always leads to more Bull$hit... and I dont have time for it.. she has to go ... am I wrong for putting my daughter out of the house???
