I need a cello pickup or sufficient replacement in 2 days, ideas?

alright, now, for my talent show, I need a pickup for my cello, the rehearsals start in 2 days and I have to have it by then. Yes, I could use a mike if I had to, but for certain reasons, it would be REALLY preferable to use something attached to my bridge. I've tried calling local music stores and they all tell me that they don't really want to rent one out and then say they'll charge me half the price to buy the pickup, and I'm not paying that just to use it for like a day. Would a b pickup work? Like could I just attach it on super well? Or would that sound weird? My music teacher said I might be able to even use a wireless mike on my bridge. Would that work? Any other ideas?
